Terms and Conditions

UK SHIPPING

For all items we use Royal Mail’s 1st class tracked service or Hermes. Please check individual listings for delivery times.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

We are happy to deliver worldwide. If ordering outside the UK please email studio@bekibright.com to get a postage price. We send our international orders via Royal Mail or courier. Please note Beki Bright is not liable for any international customs duties and taxes.

RETURNS OF CUSHIONS, LAMPSHADES AND PRINTS

We want you to love your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your items, simply return them to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. To arrange a return, please email us with your full name, letting us know whether you require an exchange or refund.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We will not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty or you have had to return it due to a mistake we have made. We recommend you send it to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 

Please allow 7 - 10 working days for us to process your refund upon receipt of the goods. Once we have processed your refund we will notify you by email. Delivery charges (the amount you originally paid to have the order delivered to you) are non-refundable unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item from us.

If you wish to exchange a product, we will charge for the postage and packaging of sending out the new item.

FABRIC AND WALLPAPER RETURNS

Please note that we are unable to accept returns/exchanges on printed to order or cut lengths of fabric / wallpaper unless faulty. We recommend that you request a colour swatch before ordering if colour matching is important. On receipt, you must check that the fabric / wallpaper delivered is what you have ordered. Please check this as soon as you open the fabric.

If your fabric / wallpaper is faulty and you would like to return, please notify us within 14 days.

CANCELLATION / RETURNS OF BESPOKE ORDERS

In accordance to the Distance Selling and Online Trading Regulations Beki Bright products which have been made to the customer specifications are exempt from standard cancellation rights. This includes upholstered furniture, bespoke cushions and bespoke lampshades.

Cancellations are offered subject to the discretion of Beki Bright. Please contact us at studio@bekibright.com if you wish to cancel an order. 

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect our customers' privacy and do not share or store any financial details (credit/debit card information) or share any personal details with third parties.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the images, text and design of our website are and will remain property of Beki Bright with no copying authorised .
