SHIPPING
Please note that our fabrics and wallpapers are printed to order. Lead times are shown on the relevant product page and begin once payment has been received. While we make every effort to meet the stated lead times, these may occasionally vary due to factory schedules, production demands or circumstances beyond our control.
Fabric orders under 5 metres will be supplied folded unless rolled delivery is specifically requested. Additional shipping charges may apply for rolled delivery.
UK SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked services or courier, depending on the size and nature of the order. Delivery times vary by product and are stated within individual product listings.
Lead times apply to both UK and international orders and are in addition to the delivery times quoted by the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are happy to ship worldwide.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact studio@bekibright.com for a shipping quotation prior to placing your order.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail or courier. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Beki Bright is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes or local import procedures.
FABRIC AND WALLPAPER ORDERS
All fabric and wallpaper is printed or cut to order and is therefore non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing an order if colour, scale or texture is important to your project.
As each order is printed individually, slight colour variations may occur between samples and the final product, and between different print batches. These variations are a natural characteristic of the printing process and are not considered faults.
Natural fibres may contain occasional slubs, flecks and variations in weave. These are inherent characteristics of the cloth and are not considered defects.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that sufficient quantities of fabric and wallpaper are ordered to complete their project. We cannot guarantee that subsequent print runs will be an exact colour match to previous orders.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the fabric is suitable for their intended application. If you require specific performance characteristics, including commercial upholstery ratings or fire-retardant treatments, please contact us prior to ordering.
We recommend that wallpaper is installed by a professional decorator. All fabric and wallpaper should be carefully inspected upon receipt and before cutting, hanging, upholstering or otherwise using the product.
If a fault is suspected, no further work should be carried out and we must be notified immediately. Wallpaper should not be hung beyond the first drop until the product has been checked and approved.
No claims for faults, shortages or incorrect goods can be accepted once the fabric has been cut, treated, upholstered or the wallpaper has been hung.
If you believe your order is faulty or incorrect, please notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt and before any cutting, hanging or installation takes place.
Beki Bright cannot accept liability for installation costs, decorating costs, labour charges or any consequential losses arising from the use or installation of goods that have not been inspected prior to use.
RETURNS - CUSHIONS, LAMPSHADES AND PRINTS
Many of our cushions, lampshades and homeware items are made to order. Products made to a customer's specification or clearly personalised are exempt from the standard cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, cancellations or offer refunds on made-to-order items unless they are faulty, damaged in transit or supplied incorrectly.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us at studio@bekibright.com within 14 days if you believe an item is faulty or has been supplied in error. We may request photographs and further information in order to assess the issue.
If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
BESPOKE AND MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS
Bespoke products, including custom colourways, bespoke wallpapers, bespoke fabrics, upholstered furniture, bespoke cushions and bespoke lampshades, are made specifically to customer requirements.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods made to a customer's specification or clearly personalised are exempt from standard cancellation and return rights.
Once production has commenced, bespoke and made-to-order orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
If you wish to discuss a cancellation before production has begun, please contact studio@bekibright.com. Any cancellation accepted will be entirely at the discretion of Beki Bright and may be subject to costs already incurred.
